FERTILIZER

Unique Super-QUICK Drying Technology

SINGNERGY Super-Quick dryers turn wet feed-stock to fertilizers within 12 minutes, free from pathogens and mycotoxins based on high sanitization standards!

The short drying time with SINGNERGY dryers is key to the superior preservation of nutritional properties from any wet feed-stock up to 86% moisture content, delivering dry output of less than but not limited to 10% moisture content.

Plants need the appropriate nutrients to grow and be healthy.

They get these nutrients mostly from the soil. While soil characteristics vary everywhere, certain plants need specific supplemental nutrients through addition of fertilizers.

The 3 main components of fertilizers are – nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) commonly referred to simply as NPK. These are the critical elements to ensure proper growth and development of any flora and grass.

Fertilizers derived from waste-based sources have a natural slow release mechanism, and they need to be DRY. This means nutrients get utilized when needed without the risk of burns, with organic fertilizers being the better environmentally friendly option.

Waste-based organic fertilizers can be from either animals or plants. Comparatively, plant based sources are more controllable, uniform and consistent while animal based sources have a degree of uncertainty as they originate from livestock.

plant based

  • Dehydration is the critical process to turn plant based waste into organic fertilizer.

  • Plant based fertilizers generally have low to moderate NPK values. However, their nutrients become readily available in the soil as they break down more quickly with some providing an extra dose of minerals and micronutrients as well as help to add drainage and moisture retention to poor soils.

  • Common plant based sources include alfalfa in pellet form, corn gluten powder, kelp/seaweed, spent grains from breweries, spent soybeans, humus as well as spent coffee and tea leaves among many others, with each of them delivering their specific provisions as fertilizers.

  • With SINGNERGY Super-Quick dryers, plant based wet organic feed stock is effortlessly transformed into dried fertilizers rapidly while saving more than 35% energy consumption compared to conventional drying technologies.

animal based

  • Animal manures provide lots of organic matter to the soil.

  • Chicken manure has high available nitrogen content but they cannot be used in fresh form. They must be dried in order not to burn tender roots.

  • Blood and bone meals are dry powdered blood or bones of slaughtered animals. These are the perfect source for leafy, nitrogen-loving plants such as lettuce. They need to be dried and powdered before used on root crops and bulbs.

  • Fish products are produced into hydrolyzed powders with up to 12% Nitrogen, before mixing it with water and sprayed onto plants.

  • Cow manure is a good source of micronutrients containing 3% nitrogen, 2% phosphorus, and 1% potassium (3-2-1 NPK). Although they are a good fertilizer, it cannot be used in the fresh form as it contains high ammonia content and excessive salts. However, once in dry and powdered form, all the negative aspects will be eliminated.

  • SINGNERGY's Super-Quick drying is the superior process in the production of all animal based fertilizers and eliminates foul odor and pathogens rapidly.

  • With the right technology, drying of animal manure will no longer be an unpleasant experience!
